These parameters include access to medical records, reasonable waiting duration and regularity source of care. The agencies are also focusing on establishing a performance standards aimed at gauging the meeting of the standards. This is in order to regulate the performance of the medical services quality provided to the customers. The agencies are also aimed at separating the generation of the evidence of the translation of the guideline and the anticipated standard.
